At Melanie Segal’s Celebrity Lounge presented by Rocket Dog (www.rocketdog.com) on Thursday and Friday, stars are helping raise awareness for the little known animal shelter disaster hitting the U.S. due to the economic crisis.  At the event there will be dozens of pets from Tails of the City Animal Rescue (www.tailsofthecityrescue.com) at the lounge looking to be adopted into loving homes.  Celebrity guests like Stevie Wonder, Bridget Marquardt, Jordana Brewster and AnnaLynne McCord will take photos with these pets to help get them be adopted more quickly.
