Artist Mr. Boyd's debut album titled GODWOMANBLUE:SHE MADE GOD SEXY, expresses his expereinces with faith and love through his relationships with women. Within a year after leaving corporate America to pursue his dreams he began attending local open mics, writing his own music, and began singing in different choirs around the city to hone his craft as an artist.

“If you expect to discover something divine in yourself and the people around you, you will,” Mr Boyd says. Mr. Boyd wrote and produced the entire album; playing all guitars and many other musical instruments himself. He also enlisted the help of several established and up-and-coming musicians and vocalists from the New York music scene.
