Crème Magazine: How did you get your start in the business?
 
Corey "CL" Llewellyn: I started my career in the music industry as an intern at Epic Records at the age of 17. I continued to work in the music industry in various companies such as Penalty Records, Uptown Records, Arista Records, Crave Records and Elektra Records. I also worked in fashion for a while at both Mecca USA and Enyce Clothing. It has been the combination of all of these experiences that has allowed me to successfully launch Digiwaxx in 1998.

Corey "CL" Llewellyn: My inspiration has always been to create innovative companies and services that provide jobs, resources and opportunities for everyday people and artists. I also inspire to create a company that can serve as an institution and resource for our community.

Corey "CL" Llewellyn: Our network makes our business unique. We have an uncanny ability to connect music, trends and technology through our network which consists of Artists, DJ's and true cultural trendsetters.

Crème Magazine: What are you currently working on?
 
Corey "CL" Llewellyn: We are currently working to launch our 3.0 website as well as our newest service Digiwaxx Digital, which is our music distribution service offering artists global online and mobile distribution. Additionally we are coordinating our first Digiwaxx conference that will be executed in several markets this summer.
