Restoring Brooklyn One Coup D'etat At A Time
The new arts renaissance is alive and well in Brooklyn.
The Coup d'etat Arts Collective, comprised of Rasu Jilani and Daoud Abeid, took time out of their busy schedule to talk with Crème about the "Live to Change Something Through Art" exhibition collaboration with Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation's Center for Arts & Center and Puma. Comprised of 14 artists, including Ana Bravo and Livingroom Johnston, CDTBK discusses everything from the importance of exposing arts to the community to their clothing line to why one must "Live to Change Something."
